God’s Covenant with America

Daniel 8:6-7

“He came to the ram with the two horns, which I had seen standing on the bank of the canal, and he ran at him in his powerful wrath. I saw him come close to the ram, and he was enraged against him and struck the ram and broke his two horns. And the ram had no power to stand before him, but he cast him down to the ground and trampled on him. And there was no one who could rescue the ram from his power.”

-Even the text in some versions says “the goat charged furiously at the ram”.

THE RAM AND THE GOAT:

Daniel chapter 8

East vs. the West.

Specifically, USA + Israel vs. Iran aka (Medes and Persians vs. Greece)

The first horn of the ram has been broken by the goat from the west.

The goat has crossed the whole earth without touching the ground. See America’s military “air bridge” going all the way around the globe specifically from the west of Iran. America and Israel use their air supremacy to dominate the region and reign in the skies.

Prophecy: There will be no ground invasion. But, because the Islamic regime is not completely destroyed a second horn (leader) will arise (but also will be destroyed by the “west”. This will be the “War of the Outer Ring of Fire” nations around Israel.

Isaiah 14:29[29] Rejoice not, O Philistia, all of you, that the rod that struck you is broken, for from the serpent’s root will come forth an adder, and its fruit will be a flying fiery serpent.

Israel’s invasion of Gaza in response to Hamas attack on October 7th, 2023 will bring about a greater danger. This verse tells the people, “rejoice not” that they are freed from the cruel rulers aka Hamas.

Isaiah 14:30[30] And the firstborn of the poor will graze, and the needy lie down in safety; but I will kill your root with famine, and your remnant it will slay.

This is the verse which prophesies the current situation in Gaza, in which the majority of the population will starve.

Isaiah 14:31[31] Wail, O gate; cry out, O city; melt in fear, O Philistia, all of you! For smoke comes out of the north, and there is no straggler in his ranks.

The Israeli army invaded and bombed the north of Gaza first and moved south throughout the campaign.

Isaiah 14:32[32] What will one answer the messengers of the nation? “The LORD has founded Zion, and in her the afflicted of his people find refuge.”

There is hope for those people of Gaza to find refuge in God, but not only in God, in Zion, more specifically Israel. The Israelis offer not only refuge for the innocent but also food and water, although most refuse to go there.
